    AMF Swimaster 2K20 Diving Knife Gold Plated 1970s Very Rare - USED
    This knife is vintage late 1960’s early 1970’s. It was very popular with experienced divers, and it became a status symbol of the time. If you had one of these, you were part of the “in” crowd.
    My father was a diving instructor and ran a Dive shop on Long Island in New York. This was his personal knife, and it is used.
    I would say its in very good condition for its age. Its not anywhere near perfect. Its not pristine. Its not excellent. Its used, in very good condition.
    My father did etch his initials on one side of the blade, and his name on the other side (see pictures).
    It was last used sometime in the late 70’s,and it has been stored since. There are signs of pitting on the gold plating. I’ve taken many pictures, so you can see exactly what you are getting.
    It comes with the sheath. The rubber on the sheath is good, but there are some signs of age and wear (see pictures).
    It does NOT come with the original box.
