Original 1949 Signed Oil Painting Of A Black Woman Framed (ESTATE SALE ITEM)

Description

Taken off a wall at a recent Estate Sale, we have a
beautiful signed oil painting by Isabel Smith O or G rosz
'49. Painting is 18" x 22" framed it's 23.5" x 19.5". I'm not
into paintings but this one caught my eye. Could use a
good cleaning and I see the brown on the right side could
use a retouch (see pic's). Not sure if artist is known or not.
Not sure of it's value so I might be giving it away at this price.
