    Bottle is in very nice condition with no chips or cracks. Additional cleaning always suggested.

    A very nice and rarely seen saloon clam juice bottle. Bottled at the Sea Beach Packing Works in Aberdeen, Washington. FOX clam juice bottles are prevalent, but the “PIONEER” embossed bottles are rarely seen.
    In the early 1900s in the United States, clam juice was purported to be a hangover remedy and was regularly served in saloons and bars. FOX clam juice bottles are prevalent, but you don’t see this neat San Francisco Clam Bullion bottle often.
