Hello, here are TWO 100% Natural white Orthoceras fossils in their contrasting black colored matrix that have been polished! This fossil plate was quarried in the Atlas Mountains in Morocco, North Africa.
This sculpture took many hours of preparation as the matrix is very hard.
Here's More Info....They were squid like animals with hard shells that lived in the Silurian age a CRAZY! 400 million years ago. These Animals were in their fossilized state millions of years before the first Dinosaurs ever walked the Earth!
