    Description

    Vintage carved shell form dish, hand-carved from a single block of rock crystal.
    Guaranteed 100% hand-carved from a single block of stone on my careful examination through a loupe and you won't be disappointed.
    Please check out the pics of the underside (#5 - #8) and note this piece is fully finished both top and bottom which was very difficult for the carver to accomplish, a real mark of quality.
    Comes from a local Dallas estate, probably vintage modern era, about 1975 - 2000.
    Measures about 7" across and a little less than 1.5" tall and it is a very large piece to have been carved from a single block of stone.
