    Description

    This auction is for a wonderful vintage handwoven Native American basket I believe to be Cherokee.   It measures 4 1/2" tall and about 7" wide.  It has 3 rows of a dark brown weave with 4 rows of gold weave in between the darker lines around the center.  It is a cylinder shape with a scalloped base and curved top.  The body is a wonderful warm tan color.  It is in excellent condition and a beautifully constructed basket.  Thanks for looking.
